JCM technical instructors have solid field experience in electronics and casino operations. They are certified by JCM to train customers in all aspects of JCM products. The classes include instruction on proper techniques to perform preventive maintenance, diagnostic troubleshooting and repairs.

JCM has met the high standard for quality training required by the International Association of Continuing Education and Training (IACET).

JCM is the first Gaming company whose training courses are certified by the International Association of Continuing Education and Training which allows us to issue Continuing Education Credits (CEU), which many higher education institutions accept as credit toward degree programs.

JCM works with various Community Colleges and Technical Institutes supporting Slot Technician programs by providing our expertise on bill acceptors as guest instructors or presenting in conjunction with the College faculty.

JCM American Corporation has been approved as an Authorized Provider by the International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET), 8405 Greensboro Drive, Suite 800, McLean, VA 22102.  In obtaining this approval, the JCM American Corporation has demonstrated that it complies with the ANSI/IACET Standards which are widely recognized as standards of good practice internationally. As a result of their Authorized Provider membership status, JCM American Corporation is authorized to offer IACET CEUs for its programs that qualify under the ANSI/IACET Standards.
