JCM training classes are designed with the students in mind. The class size is limited to 10 students or less ensuring that each student receives the maximum amount of attention and focus from JCM technical instructors.
Each class begins by focusing on the product, theory of operation and test procedures. Trainers present comprehensive product information and demonstrate various technical scenarios. Problems are introduced into each test unit and students are encouraged to perform diagnostic and troubleshooting techniques.
After successful completion of the class each student is presented with an official JCM 'Certificate of Training.'
